Cyprus - Vlassides Winery
"My family’s vineyards are over 100 years old, planted by my grandfather and I continue to take care of them with the same devotion as he did”.
My father and grandfather used to say: “Good quality grapes will give you fine wine, my child“.
“Following their ideas, I changed the composition of the vineyards by planting new experimental and non-experimental varieties, I changed the methods according to new standards and in this way improved the grapes’ quality. This is why I continue to invest in my land and the land ‘rewards’ me all the time”.
